In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, IRB Barcelona provides its employees, collaborators and suppliers with a Whistleblower Channel in order to report potential risks and breaches of applicable regulations. Reports addressed to the channel will be managed under the strictest confidentiality criteria. The operating principles of the channel are established in the Whistleblower Channel Policy.

Informants must have sufficient evidence, taking into account the information available to them, that the facts reported to IRB Barcelona are true. This requirement is an essential safeguard against malicious, frivolous or abusive communications, to prevent those who deliberately provide incorrect or misleading information from receiving protection from anti-retaliation measures.
